Luxe Loft is best for: Couples or small families with older kids or teens who can safely climb the vertical ladder to the twin bed. The sleeper sofa is 70” in length, making it best suited for a younger or shorter guest. Adults must climb steeper than normal steps to access the queen bed. Ideal for those wanting a modern, tiny-house-style camping experience.

Bunkhouse Bliss is best for: Families needing easier access to sleeping areas with no ladders or lofts. The top bunk is ideal for older kids, while the lower bunk and dinette bed are best for younger children. (Bunks & dinette are 70" in length - best for shorter guests.) Provides more separation between sleeping spaces for added privacy.

Camper Rental Deposits & Cancellation Policy

  • Deposit for Same-Year Reservations: A 50% deposit of the total reservation is due at the time of booking.

  • Deposit for Next-Year Reservations: A flat $450 deposit is required for reservations made for the following year.

  • Camper Rental Cancellations: Cancel 30+ days before arrival for a refund (minus a $30 handling fee).

  • Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival or no-shows are non-refundable.

Camper Rental Guidelines

  • Occupancy Limits: Rental occupancy must not exceed the approved number of guests at the time of booking.

  • Smoking & Pet Policy: No smoking or pets are allowed inside rental units. A $750 fee will be charged if violated.

  • Age Requirement: The renter must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the unit throughout the rental period.
