Kiesler’s Campground has maintained guest policies since 1972. This version reflects our most up-to-date terms.

Welcome to Kiesler’s Campground, Inc. (“Kiesler’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.kieslers.com), as well as your stay at Kiesler’s Campground & RV Resort. By making a reservation, using our website, or visiting our property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to all visitors, campers, and guests of Kiesler’s Campground & RV Resort.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.

2. Reservations & Cancellations

All reservations at Kiesler’s require a valid payment method at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Refunds: Policies vary by accommodation type. Please review our Campsite Cancellation Policy and Camper Rental Cancellation Policy for details.
No-shows and last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

3. Campground Rules & Guest Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all guests agree to follow Kiesler’s Campground rules:

Check-in & Check-out: Guests must adhere to posted check-in and check-out times.
Quiet Hours: Observed from 10:30pm to 8:00am daily.
Pet Policy: Pets must remain on a leash and owners must clean up after them.
Firewood Policy: Outside firewood is prohibited to prevent invasive species. Firewood is available for purchase onsite.
Behavior: Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, and illegal activities may result in removal from Kiesler’s without refund.
Failure to comply with rules may result in immediate expulsion without a refund.

4. Waiver and Release of Liability

By entering Kiesler’s Campground & RV Resort, all guests agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: Guests acknowledge that outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, or death. Kiesler’s is not responsible for injuries or damages that occur during your stay.
Release of Liability: Guests waive the right to sue Kiesler’s for any injury, loss, or damages that occur on the property, except in cases of gross negligence.
Property Loss: Kiesler’s is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Photography & Media Consent: By entering the campground, guests consent to Kiesler’s using their image in marketing materials without compensation.

5. Boat & Equipment Rentals

Guests must meet age requirements and sign a rental agreement before using boats or equipment.
Kiesler’s is not liable for injuries, accidents, or misuse of rental equipment.

6. Website Usage & Intellectual Property

All content on www.kieslers.com is owned by Kiesler’s Campground and may not be copied or modified without permission.
While we strive for accuracy, Kiesler’s does not guarantee that website information (e.g., pricing, promotions) is always error-free.

7. Children’s Privacy & KC’s Kids Corner

Kiesler’s does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

Kids’ Submissions & Parental Consent:

Parents must submit all social media posts and mailed letters on behalf of their children.
By submitting, the parent/guardian consents to Kiesler’s using the content for promotional purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kiesler’s assumes no liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during a guest’s stay, including but not limited to those arising from:

Outdoor activities (swimming, biking, boating, etc.)
Planned activities (family tournaments, relay races, etc.)
Acts of nature (weather, wildlife, falling branches, etc.)
Other guests’ actions or negligence

By entering Kiesler’s Campground, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with their stay.

9. Termination of Services

Kiesler’s reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or remove guests who violate these Terms without refund.
