At Kiesler's Campground and RV Resort, our Workampers are more than just employees; they're the heart and soul of our campground, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. From the lush, green expanses of our camping grounds to the lively, sparkling waters of our pools, our Workampers play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming, fun, and safe environment for everyone.

As a valued member of our Workamper team, you could find yourself engaged in a variety of tasks, including:

• Guest Services: Be the first smiling face our guests see at check-in and the helpful voice on the phone. Our Guest Services Workampers are essential in making everyone feel welcome and addressing any questions or needs they might have.

• Grounds Maintenance: Help keep Kiesler's looking its best! This role involves landscaping, trash removal, and ensuring all communal areas are neat and inviting.

• Activities Coordination: Bring the fun by organizing and leading activities for guests of all ages. From arts and crafts to outdoor sports and themed weekend events, your creativity can shine here.

• Housekeeping: Ensure our facilities are clean and comfortable for our guests. This includes cleaning bathrooms, shower houses, and communal areas, as well as preparing cabins for new arrivals.

• Technical Support: Assist in maintaining the campground's infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, and Wi-Fi systems. This role is crucial in keeping the campground running smoothly.

• Store Operations: Work in our camp store, assisting guests with purchases, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment.
